Hi there! I’m so glad that you took the time to stop by my blog. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Practical Nurse, Blogger, mommy to a sweet little boy and wife to an awesome husband. Here on my blog you can expect fitness tips, healthy recipes, workouts, travel adventures, and everyday life experiences with an almost one year old little boy. My fitness journey started almost 6 years ago right after I graduated high school. I had grown up being an over weight kid until I started high school and I had finally had enough of being out of shape. I joined a gym and the route of my entire life changed. I started running and fell in love with the sport. I ran my first and only marathon to date about 6 months later. I went to nursing school and got pregnant when I had one semester left until I had my RN degree. I had to drop out at the time because I was put on bed rest for almost 4 months of my pregnancy. While on bed rest I was able to take the boards to get my LPN license and I also studied to get my Personal Trainer Certification. At the end of 2016 I decided to take a leap and quit my job at the hospital to focus full time on my Personal Training Career. While I loved nursing, I knew my true calling was in the fitness industry and I had to go for it. I’m currently working every day to grow my business, bring better and better content to my blog, and spend as much time with my little boy as possible.
